7:15 - 7:45 PM: Creating and Fostering a Productive and Effective Mentor-Mentee Relationship: IN-PERSON ONLY (Marquee Room) 

This meet-up is designed for senior scientists that are interested in becoming a mentor for junior scientists. Over casual roundtable conversation in the Marquee Room, we will discuss what it takes to be a mentor, finding the right match, establishing safety and confidentiality, time commitment/frequency of meetings and remote vs in-person. After the roundtables, we will move the conversation to Crescendo Lobby Bar for networking and social time.
